In this course, you will learn to build a yoga class to fit any time frame, and at any fitness level. You will understand the basic structure to start slowly, build up and end feeling clear and relaxed. The structure is clear according to the science of the practice, taking into account the anatomy of the body on a gross and subtle level. What this basically means is that you will create your own class, any time, anywhere that will leave you feeling amazing on a physical and emotional level.
Tara Nolan, 500-RYT is a certified Yoga Life Coach, transformation specialist, pleasure seeker, travel yogi, life-lover and new mom. She believes true joy stems from living your truth, coming from love and allowing yourself to always be playful. Previously a corporate sales executive, now full-time yoga teacher trainer and retreat leader, you might find her teaching in Bali, hosting a retreat in Mexico or on a stand-up paddleboard in northern Wisconsin.
