Tara Nolan, 500-RYT is a certified Yoga Life Coach, transformation specialist, pleasure seeker, travel yogi, life-lover and new mom. She believes true joy stems from living your truth, coming from love and allowing yourself to always be playful. Previously a corporate sales executive, now full-time yoga teacher trainer and retreat leader, you might find her teaching in Bali, hosting a retreat in Mexico or on a stand-up paddleboard in northern Wisconsin. With Baby Leela on her hip, she travels the world sharing yoga and inspiration.
